At Tropix, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we have outlined our refund policy below.


All Sales Are Final on Food Products

Because our products are food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or unopened food products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
● Your order number
● A brief description of the issue
● Clear photos of the product and packaging


Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following.
● A replacement product
● A store credit
● A refund to the original payment method


Shipping Issues


We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has left our facility. However, if there is a shipping issue that affects the quality of your product, please reach out and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Event and In-Person Sales


All purchases made at events, markets, pop-ups, or in-person locations are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Gift Orders


If an order was purchased as a gift, any approved refunds or credits will be issued to the original purchaser.


Refund Processing


Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, depending on your payment provider.
